This policy applies to any data collected by the app NIBE Mobile App which NIBE receives and processes on you according to agreement. NIBE is the controller of all collected data.

The data processed by NIBE Mobile App is information about the model of the mobile phone and its operating system, the cause for the dysfunction or disruption in the mobile phone and the phone number of the device. The purpose of the use of the data is to detect and analyze the disruptions in the app to improve NIBE Mobile App and to perform the service of the NIBE Mobile App.

The above information will be stored by NIBE for the time necessary to perform the agreement entered into between you and NIBE. NIBE may also store your data in order to comply with applicable law or government orders. We follow the generally accepted security standards in the industry to protect your personal data.

You have a right once every calendar year to, free of charge, demand information about the data processed on you. You are also entitled to request corrective measures such as rectification, limitation of processing and erasure of the personal data. Any such request should be directed to NIBE on a written paper form (not by e-mail) with your signature to the contact details stated above.
